Baehr Essential Services was created from a family dream shared by Fabiana and her late husband, Nick Baehr. Today, Fabi continues that legacy alongside her brother Fabio, helping local homeowners and vacation rental hosts keep their properties beautiful, functional, and welcoming.
From painting and handyman repairs to installations, light maintenance, and the kind of property refresh a listing or a home needs between seasons, every project is handled with the same care they would put into their own home.

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, always. Tell us about your property and what you need — we send a written estimate based on real scope, not square-footage tricks. Smaller handyman jobs can be quoted by message; larger projects usually start with a quick site visit.
Do you work on vacation rentals between bookings?
Yes — that's a big part of what we do. Touch-up paint, post-guest damage repairs, themed murals, light cleaning between turnovers, furniture assembly and property setup. We work the way hosts and property owners work — fast, careful, and respectful of the home's identity.
Can you combine painting and small handyman repairs in one visit?
Yes — we usually bundle. Most visits combine more than one service, which keeps things efficient for you. Tell us your full list and we'll quote it together.
What if something out of scope shows up mid-job?
We pause, show you what we found, explain the options, and you decide. No surprise add-ons. No work done without your sign-off.
Are you licensed for electrical and plumbing?
We install fixtures — ceiling fans, light fixtures, faucets, vanities, mirrors — but the line stops at the panel and at the valve. New wiring runs, new pipe runs, panel work and main lines need a licensed pro. If your job needs one, we're glad to recommend honest folks in our network.
Do you serve a specific area?
We're growing carefully. Tell us where the property is when you message us, and we'll let you know if it's within our current range — and honestly tell you if it isn't.
How fast do you usually respond?
Most messages get a personal reply the same day, often within a few hours. We don't use auto-responders — when we reply, it's us.
Do you speak Portuguese?
Yes — we speak English and Português. Comfortable for Brazilian vacation rental owners and homeowners alike. Atendemos também em português.
